Pushkar is the CEO and Founder of Drip. He started Drip with the mission of making trade easy and accessible for small businesses globally. Before Drip, Pushkar spent several years in financial services across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India, initially as a Risk professional at Capital One and then as a Consultant with Oliver Wyman. Pushkar holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MS degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
Karl is responsible for Drip’s Capital Markets strategy, including funding and managing strategic relationships with global banks and Drip’s institutional investors. He also leads Drip’s US business verticals, including Growth, Treasury / Finance, and Business Development. Karl started his career at BlackRock in New York, focused on fixed income and derivatives portfolios. Prior to Drip, Karl was an executive in hedge funds and asset management teams. Karl holds a B.S from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Viraj is responsible for driving growth and scaling Drip’s India business. In the past, he worked with Zephyr Peacock. He co-founded Niffler, which Tapzo acquired- now a part of Amazon. He holds a dual degree (M.Tech + B.tech) from IIT Bombay.
Tej leads the core risk and transaction management systems at Drip, focusing on global business requirements, rapid scaling, and new business verticals. Tej has previously worked for two early-stage startups in the transportation and real estate spaces. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
Anil leads the engineering organization that is working towards bridging the gap between technology and cross-border trade. In the past, he has worked with early-stage companies as part of the founding team, mid-sized startups, and large companies (Yahoo, AWS). In his most recent role, Anil was responsible for the AWS IoT Device Gateway Service. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Kansas.
Rahul defines and executes the company’s product vision to make global trade easy for small businesses. He also leads Drip’s Operations team, ensuring efficient execution of key business processes and policies. Rahul brings 15 years of experience in the Product, Strategy, and Operations domains. Prior to Drip, he was a Product Strategy Lead at Google. He has a B.E in Computer Science from NTU, Singapore, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Edmundo is responsible for driving growth in Mexico. He started his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and then moved to the strategy team at Sanofi. Afterward, Edmundo led growth teams at Groupon, Rocket Internet, and Amazon. Edmundo has a B.S. in Mechatronics from Tec de Monterrey and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Meenakshi plays the role of a business / people advisor and mentor. She is nurturing Drip as a happy and great place to work. Prior to Drip, Meenakshi was CHRO of Fractal Analytics and BrowserStack. Meenakshi is passionate about contributing to the start-up ecosystem and has transformed and scaled companies to deliver business results. She has a post graduate degree from XLRI.
Ajith comes with 20+ years of experience across fintech, lending, insurance, and telecom, most recently at Pine Labs as the Chief Customer Experience Officer. He holds an MBA from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. At Drip, Ajith focuses on driving more data-driven thinking within the Ops function to strengthen and optimize key processes.
Soumyadri is Drip’s General Counsel and brings more than a decade of broad-based legal experience across top-tier law firms, including AZB & Partners and Khaitan & Co, as well as in-house with IHH Healthcare. At Drip, Soumyadri focuses on navigating complex legal issues to optimize scale and growth across the business. He holds law degrees from the Government Law College, Mumbai, and the London School of Economics.
Dharmil is responsible for portfolio risk management and leads global collections, servicing, and special situation management at Drip. He has over eight years of experience in distressed asset investing, audit assurance, and financial consultancy. Dharmil finds his strength in negotiations and dispute resolution. Before Drip, he worked at Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited, India's largest non-bank distressed asset manager. He holds a Chartered Accountant's degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Yogesh leads marketing efforts at Drip. He has built a team of experts in key areas of B2B marketing -- Performance, SEO, Email, Automation, Branding, Social Media, PR and Communications. He has bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Mumbai and holds a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
Shweta drives the People Strategy and Operations for India. She focuses on ensuring a fulfilling career experience and building a strong growth-oriented, inclusive, and equitable culture for all Dripsters. Shweta has over 14 years of experience in Research, Consulting and has led various dimensions of Human Resources at GEP - her previous organization. She holds a postgraduate degree from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Fernanda is an HR Manager for Drip's Mexico and US business. She started her career in Apple's People Operations team, after which she switched to the fintech industry, where she worked with several companies leading their HR and Product efforts. Fernanda did her post-graduate degree in Human Resources Strategic Management and later pursued an MBA from Universidad Anáhuac.
