Pushkar is the CEO and Founder of Drip. He started Drip with the mission of making trade easy and accessible for small businesses globally. Before Drip, Pushkar spent several years in financial services across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India, initially as a Risk professional at Capital One and then as a Consultant with Oliver Wyman. Pushkar holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MS degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.

Akshay is responsible for overseeing the global risk function for Drip's various product lines across India, Mexico, and the US market. Before Drip, he led the India credit risk team for small business lending at Goldman Sachs' retail bank- ‘Marcus.’ Akshay has pursued his MBA from IIM-Calcutta and holds an electronics and electrical engineering degree from BITS-Pilani.

Deepak is responsible for driving India Growth by leading the India Exports business. He has over 20 years of experience driving sales for various lending products in the Banking and Financial Services sector with organizations such as Citibank, IDFC bank, Crisil, and PayTM. Deepak holds an MBA degree from IMT Ghaziabad.
Tej leads Product and Technology to drive the company's vision to make global trade easy for SMBs. Tej has previously worked for two early-stage startups in the transportation and real estate spaces. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
Soumyadri is Drip’s General Counsel and brings more than a decade of broad-based legal experience across top-tier law firms, including AZB & Partners and Khaitan & Co, as well as in-house with IHH Healthcare. At Drip, Soumyadri focuses on navigating complex legal issues to optimize scale and growth across the business. He holds law degrees from the Government Law College, Mumbai, and the London School of Economics.

Gurpreet is a seasoned professional with expertise in corporate finance, strategy, fundraising and investor relations. With an experience of over 16 years from large corporates to technology start-ups she has a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem in India. She drives debt capital raising at Drip to fuel growth across all business verticals. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and a CFA certification from ICFAI.
Karl is responsible for Drip's Capital Markets strategy, including funding and managing strategic relationships with global banks and Drip's institutional investors. He also leads Drip's Global Partnerships business. Karl started his career at BlackRock in New York, focused on fixed income and derivatives portfolios. Prior to Drip, Karl was an executive in hedge funds and asset management teams. Karl holds a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Varun leads Growth in the North America region. He brings extensive experience with BrowserStack and Builder.ai where he led and scaled multiple Growth Teams. Varun is passionate about startups and really enjoys the scaling process. He has a Business Management Degree from Jain College, Bangalore and Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham.

Amit drives India Growth by scaling the India Supply Chain Finance business. Amit has 15+ years of experience cutting across Sales, Marketing, and Growth for startups and SMBs. He holds a dual MBA from the University of Calcutta.
Ajith comes with 20+ years of experience across fintech, lending, insurance, and telecom, most recently at Pine Labs as the Chief Customer Experience Officer. He holds an MBA from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. At Drip, Ajith focuses on driving more data-driven thinking within the Ops and Collections functions to strengthen and optimize key processes.

Rohan is responsible for driving overall growth and key initiatives at Drip Capital. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has previously worked with McKinsey, the Tata Group and ICICI Bank.
Dinesh leads marketing at Drip Capital, driving growth through data-driven demand generation and pipeline acceleration. He brings over 12 years of fintech and SaaS marketing experience, leveraging AI and analytics to improve acquisition and performance. He holds an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
Shreyas leads end-to-end People Operations at Drip Capital, with comprehensive HR experience gained by working across multiple HR verticals within the organization. Over his 8 years across banking and startup environments, he has developed strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Kumar Sangeetesh heads B2B Trade Commerce at Drip Capital, where he focuses on building and scaling commerce-led solutions that enable seamless cross-border trade for exporters and importers. He works closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to strengthen trade ecosystems and unlock new sourcing and transaction opportunities. Kumar brings over a decade of experience across supply chain, strategy, and platform businesses, with prior roles spanning commercial operations, market expansion, and business building at Ashok Leyland, Accenture Strategy, and BlackBuck, and as a founder at 1K.
Dhara Haresh Thakkar is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in auditing, accounting, finance, and taxation. Qualified in 2011, she joined Drip in 2021 and is currently a Director in the finance team, responsible for accounting, audit, taxation, compliance, and investor reporting. Previously, she spent over five years at EY working on Ind AS conversion projects for banks and NBFCs, and also ran her own practice, D H Thakkar & Associates, auditing clients across industries and handling income tax and GST matters.
